Rental Fees and Requirements
All Rentals Include
- Use of tables and chairs
- Use of commercial kitchen
- Basic cleaning allowance
- Full-day rental period from 8:00 am – midnight OR
- Half-day rental period from either (A) 8:00 am – 2:00 pm OR (B) 5:00 pm – midnight
All Rentals Require
- $750.00 or $1000.00 refundable deposit to reserve your date
(Based upon the number of guests)
- Completed and signed contract
- Security guards hired through our contracted company. Two guards minimum for events up to 200 guests. Some events, as quoted, will require 3 guards. Prices advised upon time of contract signing.
- Proof of liability insurance (as required)
- Payment in full of all rental and security fees 30 days prior to selected event date
Mid-Week Rental Prices (Mon-Thurs)
- Full-day $1,200
- Half-day $700
*For half-day rentals you have your choice of (A) Morning (8:00am – 2:00pm) or (B) Evening (5:00pm – midnight)*
Friday and Sunday Rental Prices
- Full-day $1,600
- Half-day $900
*For half-day rentals you have your choice of (A) Morning (8:00am – 2:00pm) or (B) Evening (5:00pm – midnight)*
Saturday Rental Prices
- Full-day $2,000
- No half-day rentals offered on Saturdays
Special Considerations
- Reduced rates are available for approved 501 c (3) non-profit organizations, active military and BFRA members in good standing; please inquire.
- The requirement for security guards may vary by event; pricing will be quoted at the time the contract is signed
